GENERAL

> Please have character references ready! They don't need to be too comprehensive- a single image is fine. I reserve the right to charge a design fee of +$10 USD in the absence of character references.

> All commissioned work will bear my signature: please do NOT remove it! 

> I generally work with human/ humanoid characters! Mecha, furry/ anthro characters I'm not the most practiced with- so I can provide baseline sketch examples of those before continuing with a request if you'd like!

> I will work with mild gore/ nudity, and reserve the right to increase pricing accordingly if something like this is requested.

> No rush orders.

> Personal use only! Commercial licenses can be discussed and will be an additional charge.

PAYMENTS

> All payments are made upfront! For large orders, split payment plans can be discussed (order of $100USD or more)

> Commissions confirmed on vgen will be made through the vgen platform only. 

> Commissions requested outside of vgen can be completed via paypal or credit card invoice preferably, though cashapp and venmo are alternative options available!

REVISIONS AND PROCESS

> Skeb- style/ surprise me commissions will not have any revisions or review period!

> I will update you throughout the process! Depending on the level of complexity, once with a preliminary sketch and another time with lighting blocked out. 

> One major revision is allowed at the sketch stage of the illustration! This includes pose, background, and lighting changes. 

> Once I've begun rendering, only small revisions will be allowed.

> You may only request changes to the current stage of the process! You cannot go back and change something after it's been confirmed: for example, if you confirm the lineart and I move onto color, you can request color changes but no more lineart changes.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

> Delivery time can be anywhere from a week to two months, depending on complexity and my personal schedule. I will give you an approximate starting date, and a latest delivery date!

> I reserve the right to adjust the delivery date in the instance that you, the client, are unable to respond in a timely manner for any open- communication commissions. 

     > This applies mostly to situations in which your non- response causes the working time to exceed the initial estimate- for example, if I send a sketch that requires approval before moving on to lineart and you are unable to respond until after the commission was supposed to have finished, I may adjust the final delivery date accordingly.

> Request process and delivery over Vgen preferred!

> Can be delivered via email or discord: open to other options if needed!

USE

> Do not use my art for AI or NFTs, or trace/ claim my art as yours. 

> Personal use only- please do not use my art for branding or selling purposes.

> Posting/ reposting commissioned work is ok with proper credit only!

> Do not edit my art under any circumstances. I reserve the right to include commissioned work on my socials/ portfolio unless explicitly discussed otherwise.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

> I reserve all rights to my artwork: this includes any thumbnails, sketches, or WIPs sent during the process as well as the final deliverable. 

> Under no circumstances can my art be resold or redistributed for profit. 

> Proper credit must always be present when using the artwork!

> I will never claim IP rights or ownership of characters whose references have already been provided.

     > I reserve the right to claim IP rights over design         I've created in the instance that a character               design fee is charged unless explicitly stated             otherwise.

REFUNDS

> There will be no refunds upon confirmation of a request unless I'm incapable of completing the commission within the defined deadline for any reason.

> Initial request and communication over Vgen preferred! Discord, instagram, and email also available.
